We focus on creating long term relationships with companies who will outsource portions
of web development projects to us. Our partners benefit from a close relationship with
a local company they can rely on to provide services they might not otherwise be able
to provide. Chief among these is custom programming and eCommerce development. If your
company can't provide these services to your customers, they may go elsewhere.

Kinetic bills the reseller for all sites and all projects. The reseller re-bills the end user at whatever rate they want.
Kinetic generally has no customer contact; the reseller is the interface between Kinetic and end-user.
Most on-site visits and initial client meetings are the responsibility of the reseller.
Tech support is provided to the reseller who in turn provided it to the end-user. Over time, most resellers find that they can field most support requests and rarely have to contact Kinetic.
The customers don’t even have to know Kinetic exists. If this is important to you, extra steps can be taken to ensure transparency.
An unpublished, unbranded phone number is provided so your customers can be given direct access to our experts, if necessary.
Kinetic reseller rates are typically 15%-25% off normal retails rates.
Kinetic can supply referral partner with custom-branded literature for a nominal fee.
